Online Scheduling:

If you are not familiar with online scheduling, we will introduce you to it! Once you sign up for our app, we generate a link based on the name of your company. By accessing this link, you will find it there, albeit empty as no information has been added yet. You need to populate it with some cool features!

Return to the app and register all the services you wish to manage through the application. If your company has other professionals besides yourself, we will record them as well. You can also grant access to these professionals and restrict certain actions.

How cool is this: your scheduling page is now operational! Once your clients make appointments, you will receive a notification of the booking. Enhance your page with a main photo, your contact details, and address to help your clients locate you. Don't forget to share your link on social media platforms to inform your clients about this new feature.

If your business cannot accommodate online bookings or if you feel hesitant, you can disable this option.

Multiple Professionals' Schedules:

As mentioned earlier, you can register as many professionals as you like without any additional cost. Each professional can have their own access, and the setup is straightforward. Define restrictions for each employee and link the services each one provides.

Send Automated Reminder Messages to Your Clients:

With this feature, you no longer have to spend hours sending messages to remind your clients about their appointments. Configure this function and let us send these messages on your behalf.

Manage Your Revenue:

Track your revenue through the application. All bookings are recorded by the app. Quickly view your monthly earnings or any other period you desire. Manage your payment methods (for tracking purposes only) by registering the ones you use most: cash, credit card, bank transfer, or accounts receivable (commonly known as credit). When you add payment methods to the appointments, they will be included in your revenue.

Manage Your Clients' Anamnesis:

Handle your company's anamnesis in one place. Personalize your form with all the necessary fields for your use.
